How do you TURBAN ???

Hello everyone, Hope you are all doing well. Let me just say I have a nasty cold, otherwise I am OK. this is a post on how I turban, how I wear  Ichintambala which is the local word for turban where I am from.  Here are some of my ways so far...

Are you huge fan of colour and print ??? like I am then you could definitely try out the look in the first picture. I loved how this turned out, as my braids could still be seen, while being stylish in this turban/ichitambala.

Natural hair is very demanding, I do not care what you have heard, and this was one of those days when I was extra challenged. Both the sides of my head were flat twisted and I added some braids in the front for some volume. Throw in some red lipstick, pearl studds, and big sunnies and you are ready to go.
Did I already mention the fact that I live for colour??? yellow happens to be one of my favourite colours. Sunnies are like a handbag to me I almost never leave the house without a pair. Grab a bright coloured scarf, if its long enough you could fold it in half lengthwise and tie it around your head, leaving your hair in the center exposed, then make a cute bow in the front.Add a chunky necklace to that to complete your look.
Mixing print has been around for some time now, so for the look on the right, I went full force on the mixing print trend, a military inspired scarf, and a white and black stripped vest, and a blue and black stripped sweater, with filled in eyebrows and clear lip gloss, with tiny studs to complete my look.

Whether you are having a bad hair day or just want to add some colour or be extra chic, a turbna/ichitambala can be used for either of those. Plain coloured, printed, colourfull its all up to you.

Stay chic and blessed.
