My inspiration for this outfit is my roped yellow neon belt. What a nice and easy way to brighten up a black dress by just adding that yellow. I find that its easier to get dressed if you pick atleast one piece from your wardrobe and work around that piece to build your outfit, it could be an accessory, shoes, a dress/a shirt....
